What it does
Find it. Verify it. Shortlist it.
Three things a site team does every cycle. LIHTCmaps does all three on one map.
Score every parcel
Every parcel in South Carolina is scored out of 108 against the 2027 QAP and shaded in five bands. Filter by score, county group, county, acreage, or assessed value and see the best sites in a county in seconds.
Verify every point
Open any parcel and see which criteria it earns and which it lacks: amenities by QAP category with the distance and scoring tier of each, qualifying transit stops and their 0.3-mile driving areas on the map with service days and hours, area jobs, USDA rural status, and county shortage points.
Run your pipeline
Save sites to a shared pipeline, set status, add notes and tasks, tag parcels, and export your shortlist to Excel. Your whole team sees the same board.

- Why does this parcel get zero transit points?
- What makes a transit stop qualify in a Rural county?

Questions
Questions developers ask us
Which states does LIHTCmaps cover?
South Carolina by subscription. Georgia, Ohio, and Illinois are also available; contact us for those.
How current is the data?
Parcels and scores are updated for the 2027 cycle. On-market listings refresh weekly. The application log syncs daily and picks up 2027 scores as SC Housing publishes them.
Is the score official?
No. It is a preliminary estimate from public data against the QAP's published criteria. Amenity distances are measured straight-line today where the QAP uses driving distance, so amenity points are an upper bound. Always confirm with SC Housing before you apply.
